Delivery Options:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) available nationwide

Delivery Times:

• Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Estimated delivery time: 2 - 5 business days (may vary by city)

Tracking And Packaging:

• You'll receive photos of your packaged order and tracking information via WhatsApp or Email.

Payment Confirmation (Non-COD Orders):

• Deliveries may be delayed by 24 hours until payment is confirmed.

Receiving Your Order:

• Inspect the package for damage before accepting it. If damaged, refuse it and contact us for a replacement.
• We recommend recording yourself unboxing your order for reference in case of missing or damaged items (contact us within 24 hours if there are any issues).

Modifying Or Cancelling Your Order:

• Orders cannot be changed or addresses modified after payment is confirmed.
• To cancel an order, contact us via WhatsApp.
• Cancellations for pre-paid orders will be refunded to your preferred payment method (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa).

We are not liable for delays or losses due to factors beyond our control, such as incorrect addresses, weather, or recipient unavailability. We will always try to notify you of any delays.
